Naga Win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Required documents may include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Naga Win account login credentials — including your username and password — secure. Naga Win recommends taking the following steps to protect your account:

Naga Win will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such losses result from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) Naga Win account. If our system detects multiple accounts registered by the same individual based on IP address, phone number, device information, banking details, or any other identifying markers, Naga Win reserves the right to freeze all associated accounts pending investigation.

Naga Win accepts only legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposit and withdrawal limits are as follows:
